The usage baseline is established as the "Target Zero" for the organization. If a large discrepancy exists between actual use and "Target Zero" use, Sali Group will develop a customized Target Zero program that, when implemented, will reduce the resource consumption to near this baseline number.

Tiered Service Options
Sali Group offers three levels of the Target Zero program to fit your budget and resources.
Level 1: Sali Group will provide consulting services to guide your team through the process of establishing the optimum resource use baseline, and provide direction to develop an action plan to reach that target.
Level 2: Sali Group will calculate the optimum resource use baseline and develop an action plan to reach that target. With this level, a fully integrated data management program is provided to track program performance.
Level 3: This is a turnkey approach. Sali Group will establish the optimum resource use baseline, develop an action plan to reach that target, provide staff on a contract basis to implement the program.
